Salon Policies
Please come alone!
Please leave small children at home if they do not have an appointment as we are sometimes as our waiting area can get crowded and we are sometimes working with harsh chemicals nearby!
Giftcards
Bombshell is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards. If you do not physically have the gift card with you at the time of payment, you will not be able to use the gift card to pay.
Be on time
Please be on time for your appointment! If you are more than 10 - 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment so your hairdresser has more time.
Cancellations
To make an appointment with us, you will be asked to leave your credit card information with the front desk. We enforce a 24 hour cancellation policy. 50% of the estimated appointment total will be charged for any last minute cancellations or alterations. Some services may require a deposit. Thank you for your consideration!
Chemical Services
We will take every precaution to protect you from chemicals; however, we are not to be held responsible for any damage done to your belongings while in the salon. We suggest you change into a robe when you get to the salon to avoid any staining.
